We offer a range of shipping options within the UK, including standard and express delivery, with prices varying depending on the weight of your order and the speed of delivery. You can track your order using the information provided in your confirmation email. We typically use Royal Mail, DPD, or Hermes for our deliveries. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times are estimates. Reliable Delivery:

Paint Orders: All paint orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. We use a reliable delivery service to get your paint to you, typically within 2-4 working days.
Sample Orders: Want to try before you commit? Our colour samples are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail, so you can start planning your door transformation right away.

We deliver to all addresses within the UK, including:

Channel Islands
Isle of Man

Please note that deliveries to these areas may take an additional 3-5 working days.

Order Processing:

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Packaging:

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
All paints are securely packaged to prevent leaks and damage during transit.
Tracking Your Order:You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email

Minimal Plastic: We use minimal plastic packaging, limiting it to essential protection against spills during transit.
