Reliable Delivery:

• Paint Orders: All paint orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. We use a reliable delivery service to get your paint to you, typically within 2-4 working days.
• Sample Orders: Want to try before you commit? Our colour samples are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail, so you can start planning your door transformation right away.

Delivery Areas:

We deliver to all addresses within the UK, including:

• Channel Islands
• Isle of Man
• Scottish Highlands and Islands
• Northern Ireland
• BFPO addresses

Please note that deliveries to these areas may take an additional 3-5 working days.

Order Processing:

• You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number.

Delivery Times:

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
• In the event of a failed delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.

Packaging:

• We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
• All paints are securely packaged to prevent leaks and damage during transit.
• Tracking Your Order:You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Track from Your Account: You can also conveniently track your order status and view tracking information by logging into your Knuckles Paints account.

Minimal Plastic: We use minimal plastic packaging, limiting it to essential protection against spills during transit.
